So user friendly

I've been using H&R Block software for many years. It is simple and easy and I feel confident using it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've always sworn by and been confident in HR Block software, however with the last experience I've just had, I doubt I could confidently recommend product to anybody.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Waste of time

Couldn't make simple calculations that were obviously stated in IRS instructions, had to override and file manually. Fortunately I caught the errors and corrected them before filing, would have overpaid significantly
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I will be switching next year to a different Software. This version runs very sluggish. What is PDF995 ?!?!?!?!? why do I have to install additional software just to store a PDF??!!!! Keep it clean!

Not enough lines for deductions. Instructions difficult to follow. Couldn't reach human to answer questions.

Did Not Include State - Past Years - Doubled Price

Did Not Include State as in Past Years. Did not notice until purchase was made. Adding State after nearly Doubled the Price. Sneaky Trick. Program problem on Utah Mineral Production Withholding form numbers ending WTH, WMP.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

The amount I owed change 10 times and I tried to finalize my return. Scripting to help even idiots made it very hard to yes.
