Great features except over charged on state

It took four times to get the IRS to accept my federal and I was charged for four times and was supposed to be charged for one time. It said that you would not be charged on your Georgia until the IRS accepted your federal and they rejected it 3 times and accepted it on the 4th time

Not Bad At All!!

This is my 2nd year using H&R Block software to prep my taxes. Lots of questions to answer. But overall I'd say the software grades out pretty high.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

I had made a mistake and not checked the right program option box when entering my 1098T information. This software alerted me to the error and that I might be eligible for a tax credit under another program option that I qualified for, resulting in an additional $249.00 tax credit. Very happy with H&R Block's Tax software.

I downloaded this a week ago, had no issues with the download or updates. The software is much better than the free on line service.

My federal return went very good to excellent. But I could not get my UT state return to file electronically. I had originally input the 1099R Box 13 Payers ID number incorrectly. I changed it and the program appeared to accept the corrected number, but the error did not disappear. Either I could not find the correct place to revise the number, or the program would not accept the change, or something else (??). I just filed a paper copy. Not a big deal, I just thought you should know.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Simple but Thorough

I haven't used online filing software since the early days of TurboTax. With this I was pleasantly surprised. I found H&R Block's Deluxe 2017 package easy to use, navigate, and follow. As I stated in the title: Simple but thorough.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
