I love the software, but did not recieve my disc at home, as usual, in the mail this year...did you suspend this? This year I first ordered the software from Office depot, on-line, but was given "Mac" software when I ordered PC software. I ordered from Office Depot because they were cheaper than H&R Block. I am still trying to get that corrected. Office Depot is not very user friendly. I then ordered direct from H&R Black, and downloaded the software, and it was easy peasy after that. This is a great product, I have used it for over 10 years. I will order direct from H&R Block from now on.

Easiest Return Possible

I had several life insurance and estate settlement statements as well as large charitable donations to deal with.
H&R Block asked for and put them where they should be.
Took longer to PRINT the return than to DO it!!! :D

Just about what I expected based on previous years using this software.
Fairly straight forward and it imports the previous year's info accurately. The only 2 minor things wrong: Check status instructions do not work. When it imports the previous year's info it automatically assumes you have the same bank and want to do the same action as last year. This has to be corrected prior to submitting your return.

Software was easy to use; however the step-by-step instructions did not ask about the long term care insurance premiums that both my wife and I had paid.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

I transitioned to H&R Block 3 years ago after using another tax software for decades, not just because of the H&R Block name but also for the big price difference. HRB does not disappoint; easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to e-file. I got this year's refund within 5 business days!
