I've used your tax software for a few years now, and it seems to have gone down hill this time.
One specific item - it recognized that I used your program last year, but when it "imported" my AGI, it showed up as $0, wrong, and not obvious how to fix.

this is for the expert tax preparer or a cpa. some questions asked the average person doesn't know about and when you click see more it doesn't really explain it good or lack of information

Software crashed 100% of the time whenever I tried to upload a pdf version of a w2. Software looks super out of date, functions slowly, and is anything but impressive.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import

I purchased this software two weeks ago. It has to be one of the worst tax software I ever attempted to use. I ended up having to purchase different software to do my taxes.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install, Hard to import
