Buggiest Ever - Boo!

Horrible - have been using since 1991 (TaxCut) and this is the buggiest version ever. Program always crashing and not saving stuff even thougth I consciously
saved. Lots trouble with Itemized Lists but that's not all.

Believe it or not I tried the online version first. Didn't like it, felt strange using it. Went back to the CD version I've used for years and felt comfortable. It's so easy to use and ask all the questions. Now if I could only get money back instead of paying since being retired!!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Did not know I made a mistake until State rejected my filing, when I corrected mistake I found out I should have received $600.00 more on Federal. But Federal had already accepted my filing. Then I had to send my state 2 more times.

Why did you decide to create an import for 2016 that not only include personal information but prevented me from e-mailing the completed product by preventing me the entry for AGI because the 2016 had it zeroed out and i could not change it. you also do allow for two home mortgages on the same house in one year. one mortgage was sold to the other. I have not been aware tha through all your surveys I have answered that you have changed anything. so I wiil change tttttto another program next year after using hr block for the past 10 or more years.

Check Status doesn't work

I got through the whole Federal & State programs fine but when I went to print my copies ran into problems, wound up having to go back to an old Lexmark printer & run up to the store for a ink cartridge, now your check status parts doesn't do anything for me. Shouldn't I get a voucher to mail my w-2s in ?

Filed yet software states not h and r file

I filed the return it was excepted went to check status software states blocked not an H & R Block file and won’t open it even thou it’s sitting there there isn’t even a place to check status!!!! This was done on another as well

Make sure all software updates are loaded before filing. An update posted for my
software after filing / cost me $55 on my refund. Would have to refile by mail to fix and get the money / not worth the effort. My fault but the software let me do it !
