Easy even for an old gal

I was introduced to this product by a pleased friend and so happy she did so. Given limited computer navigation talent I still was able to work through it with ease.

Simple to use

The biggest problem I had was to get the CD to load. Compared to Turbo tax , a prompt install, this is a headache. At age 79 i am not a computer expert. The instructions on the internet were difficult to implement. If this load as it should it would warrant 5 stars.

Cons: Hard to install
