I am still waiting for my state taxes to be filed. Still pending after weeks. I see no way to find out what is happening either. Not happy about this. They took my filing fee but it still isn't filed.

I used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and was afraid to switch. I am glad to switch. Turbo Tax 2017 crashed constantly.

I had the simplest return in years, but still could not e-file in Georgia. My return was returned and I now have to print it out and mail it like it's 1999.
The experience was otherwise painless

Software did not lockup or die on me this year. I believe that was a pleasant first. I exceptional liked that I could file with the IRS electronically with itemized deductions. The suggestions along the way were also helpful, but not intrusive. Overall... the experience was thorough, quick and simple. I only wish there was a feature that would allow me to estimate my taxes for the next year. Thanks and I'll see you next year.

Always great program use every year. It would be helpful if people who only have Social Security income could also efile - with this program unless you have another income other than social security you are not allowed to efile. Social Security only people can still file for State of Michigan refunds on property taxes but they have to be mailed in.
