Costly and incorrect state return

I printed my Missouri state return and found multiple errors on the private pension calculation section. The ultimate answer was correct but the details were wrong

What good is software that depends on updates that never work? Don't know about the PC version, but MAC version is DOA and obviously never tested...
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

I've filed my state return twice...

I've had to re-submit my state return for a second time. It said my AGI for 2016 was incorrect. It's right there on my 1040. H&R Block doesn't make it easy to talk to someone about problems.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I did not know where to enter formation and receipt totals for repairs on my rental properties. I believe I would have gotten a larger return if I could have entered the information and amounts of repairs.
I couldn't open last year's H & R Block program to get my AGI, so I had to contact the IRS for the information.
This is the 3rd year I have used H&R Block programs, but I won't anymore

Logical Approach to a Complex Task

I have been using this product for several years, and the software makes it a great deal easier to prepare a new return by downloading data from the previous year than starting from scratch. This program is very well sorted out and has saved me time and aggravation.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ridiculous update delays

We won't by purchasing H&R Block software again. The ridiculous delays in updating 2017 forms needed to complete returns is unacceptable. They start sending software propaganda in October and can't manage to make the needed forms available until February 23? Plus, they charge obscene amounts for in-store returns. Those poor folks don't realize they can pay an actual CPA to prepare their taxes for the same or less.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

It went very well until it was rejected ! It was rejected because HR BLOCK said that they provided last years AGI so I would not have to. But they did NOT. I had to correct it and resend it. Terrible flaw in the program . I have been a long time customer. This is not good.
