Minor problem

I feel comfortable using your program consistently for the past 10? years. This year I had a small problem - the review said I was inconsistant in filing my return. I didn't check I was receiving a return (I owe this year) but the system indicated I indicated I was.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare

missed helping me on 2 forms

While doing my taxes I am able to claim an exemption for my child. Taxcut told me that I would have to mail form 8332 because I efiled and it would prompt me to print it later in the process. I got all the way through doing my taxes and efiling them and no prompting for printing form 8332. I went on the internet and did some research on where to mail the form because there was no information on it in taxcut. In the process I see that I need to send form 8453 also. Taxcut didn't even mention that form. So I had to manually go into the forms and print both forms.
Pros: Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I been using H&RBLOCK for about 20 plus year and I have never had any problem with the program, or any problem in filing.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Fast

I have used this for several years but I have incurred a glitch this year. After efiling I went to print my taxes out and the file cannot be located!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have been using H&R Block Tax Software for over 20 years and it doesn't get any easier or faster with any other tax software. I recommend it highly!
