Excellent tax preparation program, everything was streamlined from the year before. Corrections were made on the fly and the program updated as needed. State module integrated seamlessly. Program updates were installed with no hiccups, in program documentation and help files answered all questions. I may have missed this, but in the past there was a tax year in review module at the beginning highlighting the tax changes... don't remember seeing it this time. Knock on wood, I've had not audit surprises, so I can not vouch for the audit support.

Some issues needs to be fixed to make it an excellent produce

I've used HR Block for several years - no problems, but this year during the final of my Federal tax preparation I had 51 errors. When I looked to correct them all but one were a correct entry. In order to correct all I had to do was hit enter or in some cases reenter the same information and all was good. A real waste of time.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
