State tax program

Your state tax program goes not support Louisiana non resident tax return. What software do you suggest that I use? I have used hr block for years. I need to get your thoughts or help or I will have to change tax service. Thanks

I have used H&R Block Software for over 20 years and have never had any audits. Would never use any other software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R Block software for many years. With all of the changes in the tax law this year it was a pleasure to use it again. It is so easy to use. I especially like the "learn more" feature that explains all of the details.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

first time user for H&R. I have used others in the past and they weren't very user friendly. I read the reviews and they were good. I was hesitant and still afraid to do my own taxes. Result was great and everything went very well.. Excited to tell my kids to file with H&R. Thanks for the great product.

Was well worth my investment/compare to a Tax Expert, it is basement cheap

Stocks and bonds import feature lacking

Capital gains section to import stock Bond gain loss information from your financial institution did not work. I had to manually put all that information in by hand. Very cumbersome and disappointing
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Last time I use your products. I paid more for the state included program and then you sneak in another fee to file at the end. No mention of this whatsoever beforehand. Your greed has lost you my business
