Been using H&R Block TaxCut software for 17 years, and wouldn't use any other brand. It's easy to use, with an easy to follow interview process, but it's also easy to go directly to a specific area of your return and enter the data directly, or resume the interview at that point. It even has a .pdf reader feature to read in tax forms provided in .pdf format (such as W2, 1099, etc) so you don't have to manually enter data
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
