I didn’t find it user friendly

I found this product difficult to navigate through. I wanted to go back and check to make sure I had input income numbers. Orrectly. It was difficult to figure out how to do it. Also, the program said I couldn’t submit my STATE tax form, that I needed to mail it. Well now I can’t figure out where the copy is to submit. HELP!!
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
