I brought this a week ago and file my Federal and State the same day. Easy to follow software. 7 years using H&R Block software. Very happy with their products.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

Just finished using H&R Block Tax software and once again very pleased. Software is easy to use, very efficient. Sufficient pop-up information to help guide you through the process. As I mentioned, I am a repeat user and will continue to use the product. Highly recommended.

2017 taxes

Every thing was good until I e-filed. Return was rejected by federal tax department after following your instructions as to how to e file. You stated that you would enter my 2017 AGI figure as I had used your program for my 2017 taxes. The figure you used was off by $6.00 which I discovered after checking my copy of the 2017 return. After following your instructions as to how to correct, refiled and it was accepted. Just a little puzzled as o how this cold happen

Files will not load

more difficult than last years software

I had a difficult time finding some things and going back to where I wanted to go.

Good product — have been using it for several years. BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Could never get through on the phone. DO NOT BUY if you think you might need support.
