2016 Tax Complete !

I have used HR Block for years. They reduce the clutter and language to layman terms. HR Block has always removed the frustration from this annual tax burden.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

1040 Line 54c is a Significant Weak Spot

1040 Line 54c can only handle a single form with electronic filing AND they don't cover a number of forms at all for said line like 8911. I had to MAIL my tax return because of their shortcoming on top of wasting the money I paid for a version that included an electronic filing...I deserve that price differential as a refund from H&R Block along with the added cost of sending to IRS via certified mail!!!
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

when it asks for an update I go the the tool bar and update ok....when I print it it says not updated
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
Pros: Maximizes refund

I happy I buy the program,BUT FONTS SHOULD BE BIGGER FOR US WHO HAVE POOR VISION

Where's the download?

Been a customer waaaaaaaaaaaaay back since Evergreen Software. I renew every year and enjoy this product. This year I got a CD in the mail with a coupon to purchase. I did but it went thru an install and there is no download file. Of course, no indication of this until AFTER I paid. I use these in successive years at times. If I'm made to purchase a download file which is installable I'll eject this product for something else.
