Cumbersome Compared to Previous Years Software

I have used H & R the last few years and have loved it. This year it seemed to favor the IRS rather than the taxpayer. Something changed. It was more difficult to navigate. Definitely will rethink next year's tax software!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor website - no help link

I wanted to order previous year tax software but there is no link to get to it. The software works great when you can get it. I will have to call their help phone tomorrow as it is too late today.

An example was when I tried the on-line version, I was completely baffled. I love the version of software that was used.

A Very Good Product

After using the other Tax Service for several years, I decided to try H&R Block. For my needs, I found the program to be very easy to use and I am happy with the choice and would recommend the product.
