Very easy to follow

This is the 3rd year I used this software and I am very happy with the product. It is easy to use and prompts you for anything that may be affected by any of the regs (adds and credits). My only issue was this year when I am giving my ex the ability to claim our son who is over 19 and in college as his dependent via the 8332 form. This software does not seem really set up to clearly address this situation. The software wants to make the dependent mine or have me change to single vice head of household. It would be nice it this was asked early in the personal information defaults and if there was something in the package to IRS that clearly identifies this specific situation to them so they don't change my rating from Head of Household to single (as they did 2 years ago).
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
