So easy to use. Provides precise, complete tax forms. Along with e-file (the greatest invention ever next to the snooze button) makes filing your taxes a breeze and speeds up getting my refund! The one thing that would make your product even better would be free federal & state e-file.

I had been using H&R Block for several years. Last year I was offered a program that was completely free, so decided to try it. The Federal return went fine, but the State return was a mess. That program did not support several forms required for extra deductions specific to my state. I had to do the state form manually and file by snail mail. Never again. I'm back to H&R Block. You get what you pay for.
