I have used HRB software for 10 yrs. Works great except for one snag this year.
The "usually simple " download for last year's info to this year didn't work and in my attempts to fix it, I inadvertently moved ALL my tax years ( icons on my desk top) somewhere that I could never find. Lots of extra work to enter all basic and personal info into 2017 program and somewhat timely to get AGI from 2016 ( got through IRS transcript)
