I should not have to have a previous year's tax filing from you in my prayers computer. You should have it in yours forme to use. What happens when my computer crashes.

I have used H&R Block software for several years. It is easy and simple to use. Wouldn't go with anyone else.

I had trouble using on home computer. It crashed and we had to send it to a work computer which would not accept it so then we had to send it to a personal laptop in order to complete our taxes which took days instead of one
