Easy to use for simple returns, but double check

Easy to use for simple returns. Nice to have forms filled and ready for submission. Double-check your forms - particularly 8606 if using non-deductible IRA contributions or Roth IRA Conversions. Imprecise calculations in line 10 results in imprecise basis calculation in lines 11-14. Unfortunately, over-riding these values prevents e-filing. Double-check your return!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund

I like your tax program and will continue to buy it, but can you please keep in mind that not everyone has a brand new, latest up-to-date computer? Had to upgrade my operating system (spending money where I didn't want to spend it), just to run your software. I am in a rural area as well, on satellite internet, and even though it's 'high-speed', it took SIX hours to download the system upgrade, just to do my taxes. Is there anyway you could have tax programs for people with older computers?
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used this program for years. I could not file my own taxes without it.

Doesn't have interconnectivty

This product would be a million times better if it could communicate with the HRblock website or mobile apps. You have to use the desktop program for everything. Inculding just checking status.
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

The program is feature-rich and very comprehensive, but simple to use. It walks you through the entire process and performs an audit review once you are done. Free federal and state filing are certainly added bonuses. The fact that the program transferred data from my 2015 return was a big time save as well.

We moved and finding info that we need was not easy to under stand. we retired and didn't make a dime in the state we moved to.
