No Support for Windows XP

No longer supports Windows XP - not an option for me any longer after decades of use. Block just wrote of a large segment of users....

Bought this software thinking I can just use the code to register online. I don't have a CD drive on my laptop, which would be silly for me to buy a hardcopy of the software, but I would imagine that there would be an option to download the software from the website and apply the code. There was not. Furthermore I'm trying to log on to hrblock website to review my filing, but apparently if u file using the tax software, you don't actually have an account to access online and would need to access it using the software ... which makes it a pain if you're trying to pull your tax returns from a computer than the one with installed the software on.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using H&R products for decades, but have to consider new options. Current product not compatible with Windows XP.

Learn how to do taxes

I have been doing taxes for 17 years now and haven't had no problems. The software is very different than the software we have at work but it is simple. Most people just don't have the patience to figure it out. It is not something that u can do in 30 min or less, it takes someone about 3-5 hours minimum to learn how to input information on the online software. Where as being a professional tax accountant for H&R Block, it only takes me 30 min to whip a whole return up and ensuring my clients are always happy with their results.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using H R Block for many years, I started out with Tax Cut and continued with H R Block. I did try a competitor one time, and still bought HRB that year when I couldn't figure out the other program

I happy I buy the program,BUT FONTS SHOULD BE BIGGER FOR US WHO HAVE POOR VISION
