I have used H&R Block tax software for several years now, and have been very pleased with this product. Please continue to offer the basic edition of the software. It has been just what I have needed for several years!

About five years ago I switched from Turbo Tax to H&R Block. I find that this product is much simplier and easier to use. Great product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Very easy to use and the product walks you through all the possible issues you could have. I have used it for myself and other family members without any problems or issues. Well worth the cost.

I have been using them for over 10 years. I have never had a problem. They are very reasonably priced.

Kept freezing. Closing in and out. Asked me for updates twice during my first file. Charged my bank account twice! Still trying to figure out how to get a refund on the 2nd charge. Will never use again.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were not able to find or locate an address to mail out return. I had to go to the 2017 return to find a mailing address
Cons: Time consuming

I've been a user of H&R Block Tax software for many years - going all the way back to the TaxCut days. It has always met my needs. Simple, eay to use, easy to file, what more do you need in tax software?
