I've used H.R. Block for many years. Much easier than Turbo Tax.

I am having a lot of problems this year.

I had to file state twice and run my credit card twice. I had to uninstall Illinois and reinstall it .
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has to be the easiest, most trouble-free program around. I always feel confident my return is accurate, and filing is so easy.
