This year, our federal tax return included a few rarely used forms, and also some new sources of income. I still completed the return with amazing ease, and our refund is set to be direct deposited just 8 days later. Can't recommend this product highly enough!

I had problems with the IRS accepting my return because of an update that had not been available at the time I filed. I finally got the update on Feb 15th, refiled and my return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

One major flaw

the tax prep software was adequate. However, the print is SO small it's almost unreadable. Trying to enlarge the font cut off half the sentence making the entire page unreadable. I will think long and hard about using this software again if this problem is not fixed

Think you need a simpler one for seniors who just have basic income like SS pension thrift savings and some interest.
