Big disappointment from previous years

Been using H&R Block for the last five years - this was the worst yet - would not transfer info - had to retype everything and so many hidden costs - had to keep entering credit card info from one charge to the next will not purchase again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this in the mail couple months ago just like the past 4 + years. Very simple easy to follow and fast completion. This year was the best ever, plan on using your programs for years to come
Cons: Hard to fix issues

The program was changed in a way that I was not able to pay my taxes on time. THE TIME TO PREPARE THE FORM DOUBLED, THIS RUINED MY HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

Some problems

I have used this software previously. However, this year there were some areas where the instructions were not clear. For example, it had populated the previous AGI incorrectly and it was not made clear that this could be overridden. It took me 4 times to have my return accepted. Also, the description of pension benefits was unclear.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import, Fast

HAVE USED H&R BLOCK SINCE 2012, WHEN I SWITCHED FROM TURBO TAX (MAINLY BECAUSE OF COST DIFFERENCE). HR IMPORTED TURBO'S PRIOR YEARS INFORMATION WITH NO TROUBLE AND TURNED OUT TO BE A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. I HAVE USED IT EVER SINCE, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS!!

Easy to use

I return to H & R Block each year. and am always pleased with the result. I tried a new feature that I hadn't used before. Getting suggested pricing for non-cash donations. It worked very well and provided me with a printout of all the items. This will be very helpful if I am audited.

Easy to follow, but...

Easy program to follow, but very disappointing that you can't e-file when Form 8606 is used. This is an easy fix and should be added. I know that it is possible because Turbo Tax and e-file with Form 8606. Had I know H&R Black couldn't I would have reconsider my choice. Hopefully, H&R will fix for the next year being that it is a necessary form.
