Problems

When I submitted my tax filing, H&R Block accepted the transmission. IRS rejected because of an incorrect Federal Identification Number not matching what they have on file. They provided the suppose to be incorrect number back to me and I went back to the file and found that was not the case. I had used the correct number. I must have submitted the transmission a dozen times. I decided to wait until a new day (date) and try again. This morning I transmitted and it was accepted by IRS. There appeared to be a problem with transmitting but no one advise me of a problem. Would have been nice to know and possibly wait until the problem was corrected. Below, don't know what "Maximize" refunds means???
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

When it came to the screen for the previous years AGI it said “ since you used our program last year we will enter it for you”. There was a zero in the box and I was not able override it. I sent it anyway and it was rejected by the irs. Went back and figured out how to override it. Not sur why your tax software wasn’t able to enter the value.

I have used this product for many years and I like it. I also work for H&R block for one year several years ago. I get a cd in the mail every year.

purchased state download and tried numerous times to download and my computer said your site for help in unsecured want immediate refund for purchase price
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
