I have used this program for many years and this is the first time I paid my taxes and then just got a letter from the IRS saying that I owed more for a penalty ! I might need to try another program next tax season

Changes have complicated software beyond words

I have been using this software for years and years and I have never found it as confusing as this year. I am sure changes in the tax laws have contributed, but that does not cover all of my complaints. I will buy it again next year, and if I find the same problems, I will fumble my way through some other software from then on
