I was very happy with the software BUT a form related to a K-1 form was NOT available on the software. So in the end I had to go to and pay for a CPA to complete my taxes.

I paid the most taxes this year I EVER paid in my life. But I don't think it's your software's fault. It seems that if you retire early with a pension, you get destroyed.

Instructions were clear and doing our 2024 taxes took less than two hours for our taxes. I also used the Free Filing option to help a couple of friends do theirs and it was also simple and straightforward.
2024 product seemed more streamlined than previous years and did not have the incessant prompts to upgrade to more expensive versions that were obviously not needed based on my past returns and information I was entering for 2024. Thanks for reducing the excessive prompts from previous years.

Dear Sirs,
I am not sure it is your fault or the fault of the State of Colorado, but the State of Colorado instituted a new program for all citizens via their employer called FAMLI, which is essentially unemployment insurance payments while someone is on a medical leave from work or to care for a sick or elderly family member. Both the Employer and the Employee pay into this fund
In 2024 my wife had a medical surgery that required her to be at home for an extended period of time for recovery. She applied for and received FAMLI payments from the Colo. Dept. of Labor and Employment for about 2 months. Long story short, she rec'd a 1099-G from the State Colo. Dept of Labor, but when completing our 2024 Income taxes, this program was not listed from the drag-down menu. I did select, "Not listed" and entered the income as required. However, the form was for 2024 but the when finishing the tax return, the form came up as having errors. It identified the box for the year of the form and kept defaulting to 2023, which was incorrect. I kept inputting 2024 but your program kept defaulting the year to 2023. Needless to say, I overrode the form and submitted anyway to the IRS.

I would suggest you possibly get with the State of Colorado Taxation Department of the Colo. Dept. of Labor about this FAMLI program and the 1099-Gs they have sent out and will continue to send out to citizens who apply for and receive compensation. It would be good to see this fixed or added for next year for those who use your software and may be affected.
