I’ve been using this for years and it’s been easy to use. Never had to re-enter our info because the import from previous years was almost automatic. So many updates bothered me a little. Seemed like every time I opened it there was an update needed. It took several sittings to get through it all the way to actually filing. Not sure it’s worth the ever increasing cost as my wife and I are both retired now with the house paid off. Pretty sure I can handle that myself.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Been using hr for decades. Always some irritation. Particularly since obamacare the health insurance. Should be forced to do it in first place. But it's irritating when it kicks out that you didn't do it. Errors should go right to error, and not frustrate an old man
