I have been using H&R Block basic software for several years and have found it very easy and convenient to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

In the program was really good, easy to use. Walked me through all the parts and had no issues. The one thing that was missing was that it did not import some of my investment information from Charles Schwab or SoFi bank . If you could get that included it would be great
