Great, Except For One Major Flaw... IRA/401K RMDs

I did my taxes last week and everything went smoothly except for one area.
Last year I had no problems in the area of 401K and IRA RMDs. This year, however, you changed the software in this area and I was ready to scream at how you made something which should have been simple, just to say that I took my RMDs, astonishingly complicated and confusing. I re-answered your confusing questions multiple times 'til I at least showed no penalty. But then at the end, during the final review process, I had to edit the final form to get the entries into the right places, which they weren't from trying to answer your confusing questions.

I did not have any problems this year. The last two years were problematic because the processing of the return was delayed waiting for an update for the EV tax credit. I did not purchase a car that qualified for the credit during 2023.
