Easy for me

Having personal information from previous years, the process was completed quickly. This is the fourth year for me and will use the product for 2019 as well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

Great program

Two years ago I did my taxes online cause they were free, they lost my return and I didn’t get my refund until August when I should have them back in just a few days
I used H & R before that and used it since then, I will never change again ever!!

I purchase this software from a disk sent to me through the mail. Just fill in the blanks and you are done.

I have been using H&R Block software for many years now and I appreciate the well-designed screens and the user-friendly help links. Fortunately my taxes are not that complicated, and I trust this software to cover all the requirements to make sure I don't get in trouble with the IRS, and the IRS has accepted the returns repeatedly.

Need to make it more semble doesnt do whats they use to do

Unable to print full forms

This year’s H&R Block software appears to have a glitch as was unable to print the full pages of my return. Only printing half the pages.

My Fifth Year - I like it.

I relied on Turbo Tax for over10 years but found it to become less and less flexible in reporting our evolving tax situation and horrible for electronic filing. On a recommendation I switched to H&R Block and have been relied upon this product for the last five years.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
