Software update of Jan. 19th. I could not use this update for a week. and there is no Tech. support for this software on the website. And when the software finally updated the Window wizard shield gave a error message saying could not install software. I used to be happy with H&R block, but now I have no other choice to go somewhere else.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This programme is. So easy, I have been using it for the last fifteen years both for business and personal.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Confusing. I also saved my file after being efiled, but my MAC updated its IOS and my file was lost somehow and now I can’t retrieve any information, I received an email my forms had been accepted but I can’t access the file and tech support was of no help. On IOS the program keeps disappearing and you have to reinstall.

It gets better every year. I would not switch to any competing product.
I started with Turbo tax in 1994. Been at it a while. HRB is elegant, accurate,
refined, mature, and my favorite.

I tried to purchase the product but when finalizing payment I only get the error message: "error: Internal Server Error. Unable to process request". Disappointing.

the software missed problem with IRA deductions

After filing my return, I recieved the letter from IRS telling my that I was not eligible for my IRA deduction. The HR Block did not catch this and now the IRS wants another $5600.
Either we are not eligible or the software did not make the proper statements to show that we are eligible.
