I have used this software for many years because, as a former tax preparer for the company, I knew the quality and how accurate the program is. The reason that I held back one star is that I think the company should offer a product with only one or two free efiles for people like me who never use the five included. As a very senior citizen, 80+, I really had to struggle to pay the price this year which was much higher than previous.

Make Sure the Software Sees All Your Withholdings

It doesn't step through all standard 1099s. In particular, my withholding from my Social Security. You would think it would be in the standard interview questions. I had to back up twice, because it ignored the entry too.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
