I have used H & R for the past few years. I have been very satisfied with it and am again this year. The program is very easy to use and is not confusing. I was able to bring info from my return last year which also saved me some time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Completing forms for filing was easy. The one problem I had, was finding a way to save my filing .pdf documents to my external backup drive. I was able to save these documents on my external drive, but it took some effort to complete the task!
