This is the easiest, most consistent, and very informative software package I have ever used. I have used the basic package for over six years now and filing my taxes and relatives taxes has never been easier and quicker. The option of printing your taxes or saving electron it copies is very impressive. With five included free online tax filings, and the option to purchase state versions, if you pay state taxes, is very convenient. How could you ever go wrong?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product software was intuitive and easy to work with. I only had one issue and that was having my activation code pay for my e-filing.
The code provided with the software was not recognized and I ended up paying for the e-filing through my bank account.
