Why I started using basic H&R Block software.

I have used this software for a few years now. I switched from TurboTax because they changed what the different versions would do. I went to block basic and I am able to do all my financial work with this program.

IRS rejected

The software automatically inserted what they thought was my last year AGI but it was wrong. IRS rejected my filing. I had to figure out what the problem was and fix it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
