Like the click on points explaining why things are or giving explanations of what 'this is". In the review part of my review, please add a check to see if when a customer adds their W2, they have filled out all the common fields normally filled in. Last year, I forgot to add the taxes I had paid. I know DAH!!! Had to file a 1040X. Took months to get this additional refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare

My taxes are relatively simple. In the past had used other software only to find when I got to the point of filing the software would not allow me to file without purchasing an upgrade. This is not the case with H&R block tax software. Multiple free electronic filings also allows me to prepare and file my adult child's taxes.
