Tax law has been relatively stable recently yet H&R Block cannot seem to get the tax software ready to go for the start of tax season. The delay is having usable software leaves me open to fake filers filing false claims on my account. Oh, and the software itself remains clunky. I use the annualized income method to minimize tax penalties and there are spots on the forms that have to found and filled manually -- no dialogue to help -- to get the correct data entered.
