The software is easy to use and efficient. I would like more information as I go step by step to be clear what part of the return I am working on and what tax code is applicable. Before starting, a checklist of documents and sequence of entry would be helpful.

I have been using the H&R Block tax software since 2004, and find it very easy to use. For a "non-tax" person the examples and explanations are very good. It is easy to go back and forth in the various forms, and get everything correct to file properly

I've been using H&R Basic Softwarefor years - handles everything - even my apartmenr rentals - easy to use - you do need to know a little about your finances but that is true for all tax software - highly recommend - value is better than Excellent

I have used your software for years and normally I have been very pleased until this years taxes 2023. A new form 1099C entry instructions was NOT clear and confusing. I had to go to the IRS Website to understand the 1099C requirements.
