Not too expensive if you buy it on sale. Most people only need the basic version. Imports data from last year's form. A little deceptive - if you're not careful you will choose to pay for filing that is supposed to be free.

Switched to the H&R Block product years ago after the Intuit debacle. Overall a solid product. Need to do better at giving feedback to the user regarding self employment insurance calculations when putting in the numbers. (e.g. Everything looks great and then you are asked, "did you have insurance all year?" you say "yes" and everything fall apart without explanation) Also frustrating is back and forth navigation. I want to go back one page at a time instead of back to the beginning of the segment and then trying to navigate back to where I want/need to be. Those are my only gripes.
