IRS rejected my return because my SSN is locked. I contacted SSA and they said that my SSN is not locked. This is unacceptable!

E FILE rejected for ???

After 3 days HR still won't file my taxes and I get rejection report which is ridiculous . I have had no problem e filing for the last 15 years with other Tax Software . This was my first and last time to use HR Block . Trying to contact help is impossible
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
