Problem filing

When I tried to e-file, it repeatedly stated I had a problem with my firewall, proxy or was not connected to tge internet. I followed instructions to fix the above issues with no success in filing.
While trying to e-file 10 or so tines, I finally pri Ted out a gard copy to postal mail.
In the meantime I received an email from HRBlock that my return had been filed.
This was nit only frustrating but HR Block still showed that my return was open and had not been filed.
Beyond frustrating that after over an hour of trying to file I wasn't really sure if my return had truly been sent.
Very disappointed in your software this go round.
May go back to TurboTax.

I can’t get the answer I need. Program won’t connect to send return. Send conflicting emails as to whether return has been filed or not.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2023 Server outage debacle sucks !

The numbers processing worked, but the question of whether the e-file return actually got transmitted is troubling ...
I have used other software, but H&R Block is the easiest to use. The ability to take a pic of your w2 and have the system input all the data is a great time saver. Some instruction could be more detailed, though it is only with the most unusual inputs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am not happy with this software as I am unable to complete transmission of my return. Tried on different devices and same result. I did get confirmation email that the return was accepted, but still can’t complete process on the application.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A decade using this product but 2024 was the worst

I used to do taxes for a living and can tell you this year's product is a confusing mess with vague and contradictory interview questions.
Worst, the HR Block server was down when I tried to file and it ended up sending (and paying) my taxes three times.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tax Day Electronic Submission Issues are a Killer!

Stressful electronic submission. News reports say that H&R Block website is to blame. TurboTax next year!
I didn’t see any information on this. I don’t recall this question being asked in previous years. I wasn’t sure if they were asking about ALL payments or just this year. In the end I opted to just take the standard deduction even though I wasn’t sure if that was the best option.
