Good program, but some problems

I followed the directions and most were easy to follow. I did not like how the program stuck on a feature of my husband's ID and wouldn;t let me e-file until I deleted it. I've never had a program do that before.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Like my title say, it's easy to use, and you can stop, and start when you can work on it.
Importing the w2 for a State that doesn't have State tax seems to struggle with a 0 tax amount, and this year the software told me that the file server couldn't connect to me, however I got notified that the IRS accepted my file.
Weird!
