I have been using this product for over 20 years, this is the first time I down load it instead of buying the cd off the shelf. I did my return twice because I couldn't find it after saving it several times. Usually I can go on and all of the returns pop up and you select your own and keep working ( I share with my mother and children). Not this time, every time we got on we had to search or browse to find it. VERY INCONVENIENT. It also never imports last years information.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block software to file my taxes for perhaps a decade or more. From Basic to Business filings. Am retired now, so it is easier than ever to input info and prepare to file. I am very comfortable with H&R Block and do not have any intention at this time to change Tax software companies.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used H&R for 10 years now. It is easy to use and the instructions were very clear. I like having my own program on the computer and like the fact I can download the program immediately.
The price is right and my program came with the option of ordering a state program instead of including it in the price. (Live in Florida, no state income tax)
Everything is accurate and I know that I am getting the maximum refund.
I would recommend this program to anyone.

Need Better "Warning" messages

I believed my Federal income tax e-filed, but it actually didn't. the software did NOT give me any big 'warning' messages or any 'red x' during the submission process. I believed it worked, but it actually never sent. I ended up successfully submitting it after the software forced an update. Please add better error messaging.

My filing Satus suddenly disappeared!

After submitting. The correction questions were not clear. It said fix "last year" but did that mean the year I was filing for or the year before? Then, my return was rejected by Federal for whatever reason. So I corrected and resubmitted. Now today I logged on to see if was accepted or not and now the Status and every thing I entered is gone. Like I never completed the forms.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
