Wonderful Except for a DEADLY Bug

I've used H&R Block for more than a decade and love it's straightforward interview. BUT, there is a deadly bug in the program. If one has a 1099 issued for less than fifty-one cents, THE PROGRAM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ENTER IT. The rounding puts it to zero and then the E-File check says "You can't have a zero in this field".
Make the rounding ONLY operate on amounts more than fifty cents. PLEASE.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast

Very user-friendly!!! Literally caught a few errors. One minor issue - the med/vision/dent coding was off - other than that PERFECTO!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I’ve been using your software since I was in my 20’d therefore - like 40 years. I love it, bc it says are you sure it’s not this? When it questions me it makes me think twice. And I’ve learned from it. I’m from Texas therefore the Deluxe is not needed, just basic.

Good value for a simple return

I've used TurboTax for 30 years so I was a little reluctant to change. However since TT has added so much functionality that I don't need and gotten a little greedy with their pricing I thought I would try H&R. No surprises, very basic product met all my needs. Not as easy to understand as TT and a little confusing in some areas (like on how to correct the error when my original efile was rejected for a typo). Good value will probably use again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Crashed four times

In prior years it worked well and easily.
This year crashed 4 times on 2021 MacBook M1. Lost all data entered this first time so I saved data after each screen to limit data loss.
