So reassuringly easy to use

I have relied on this tax software for many years for my family's tax filing needs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

How to print return?

I was given no opportunity to print the return. Cannot find it after submission in order to print.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Excellent format, easy process. My only complaint is the inability to increase the font size. My eyesight has diminished with aging and it makes data entry and verification most difficult. The software doesn't have the ability to adjust and the computer operating system has no impact on the screen size font in the H&R Block software. That is the reason for the 1 star eval below on Ease of Use.

I've been using this software for several years and will continue using in the future. It's easy to navigate and works without glitches. Makes doing taxes a lot less stressful.

I've used Block products (Mac version) for over 10 years and this is the first time I have found it to be very problematic. Partly my fault for not calling support sooner, but no matter what I tried I could not get it to update properly when new IRS information was available. I ended up trying three different versions all with the same problem. I hope the 2023 edition will solve this issue.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use it every year. Couldn't do taxes without it! We save $$$ by not needing a personal tax consultant. 1 downside is it does not complete the charitable contribution questions in the interview. When you think you are finally done, the Accuracy Review pulls up each donation and asks how each was acquired. I don't know why this is not done in the original interview.
