I have used this software for the last 2 years. It gets easier and faster to use each year. The price is phenomenal; the product is reliable; the submission to the IRS is easy: and my refund was fast. I can’t imagine filing any other way.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I always feel confident that the amount in the end (good or bad) has been figured correctly. It is relatively quick (I still remember the paper days and the lost weekends before computers) and so easy to file.

i did my taxes in ohio 2020 and still never received it . then i decided to do it again in 2021 and the software never processed thru so i had to send it by mail like what’s going on with my taxes.!

Cons: Hard to prepare
