On many machines, including my own, the customer is required to make the admin account active, even if their personal account has admin rights in order to install or update the software. Many do not know how to do that. Other than that apparent miscalculation by the authors, all works well.

had to wait weeks to file because a document needed to file social security was missing from the program with no warning it wouldn't be added until a future update before buying that would happen.
