Clean install on Windows 10 PC, Clean update for tax law changes, seamless import of previous year return, very thorough questionnaires and checklists and seamless E-file to IRS. It handles my return and tax situation perfectly. Count me as a very satisfied user, and I especially like the stable pricing! Thanks!
BTW, I used to do taxes as a professional accountant and it is truly remarkable that a software package like this does it all!

Software is easy to use and speeds things up. However, this year we had to correct a mistake (data entry issue) that caused us to pay more tax than originally figured. The problem I have with HR Block software is that the IRS said we owed less than what the software said we owed once the data was corrected. Makes me wonder how correct previous returns were? Did we pay more than what we should?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Okay program. A little hard to use. Have to go back and adjust items as you move thru the program. Example-input medical insurance premiums, but then when you get into the program if you are getting a federal tax credit for insurance you then have to back to medical and adjust your insurance premium
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Logical steps with insightful questions will guide you through the process. Ability to save work in process is a big help and you can return to the exact place where you left off. Very thorough and accurate.
